Terms of Service
Stride Capital LLC dba Clatus App
Effective date: May 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clatus, a cloud-based claims management platform operated by Stride Capital LLC dba Clatus App ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Clatus, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Clatus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service
Clatus is a multi-tenant, cloud-based platform designed for public adjusters and claims professionals. It provides tools for managing insurance claims, tracking claim status, storing documents and photos, communicating with clients, and using AI-assisted analysis — all within a single workspace organized by organization.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Clatus.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at info@clatusapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Each account is for a single user. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Clatus, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating claims, client records, and account details
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing insurance claims, data privacy, and professional licensing
- Obtain any necessary consent from your clients before entering their personal information into the platform
- Ensure that any documents, photos, or data you upload do not infringe on third-party rights
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Clatus to:
- Access any account, system, or data without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the platform
- Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or defamatory content
- Impersonate another user, organization, or entity
- Resell, sublicense, or offer the platform as a service to third parties without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the platform. The Clatus platform, including its design, software, features, and content created by us, is owned by Stride Capital LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
You own your data. You retain full ownership of all claims data, documents, photos, notes, and other content you create or upload in Clatus. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Data Ownership and Export
Your claims data belongs to you. We are a custodian of that data, not its owner.

- We will provide a data export in a standard format within 15 business days of your request
- Upon account termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
7. Third-Party Integrations
Clatus integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Google Calendar) and CompanyCam. These integrations are optional and subject to the terms of those providers.
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services
- Connecting a third-party service means you are also agreeing to that provider's terms and privacy policy
- You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings
8. Fees and Payment
Pricing and billing terms for Clatus are set out in your subscription agreement or order form. Unless otherwise specified:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Clatus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stride Capital LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Clatus.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time.
- You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing us
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms
- We may terminate accounts with 30 days notice for any other reason
- Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases, but your data remains available for export for 30 days
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of Clatus after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clatus shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stride Capital LLC regarding Clatus.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
